Inbound Telesales Customer Service (US Account)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Inbound Telesales to manage incoming sales inquiries, convert leads into customers, and deliver an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Convert incoming inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up on warm leads and pending inquiries.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
• Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, billing) to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Customer service experience acceptable for this role alongside telesales or inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling inbound sales calls is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
