Full job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and messaging platforms, including customer journey flows for onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
- Oversee daily CRM operations such as segmentation, database management, and automation, ensuring accurate and targeted communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business initiatives and enhance customer experience across digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive insights, improve retention, and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or eCommerce marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven experience in executing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation, setup, QA, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented with a strong interest in digital marketing trends and technologies
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
