As a key player in the country’s shift to clean energy, EPI is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable power solutions.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating Purchase Requests (PRs) for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company and NAC policies, enabling the timely and accurate conversion of requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Verification of Purchase Requests
  • Coordination with NAC purchasing and Stakeholders
  • Monitoring, Follow-up, and Reporting
  • Compliance, Documentation, Process Support
  • Administrative and Records Management Support

Qualifications:

  • Educational Attainment - Graduate of B. S. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience - 1-2 years relevant experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or administrative support involving purchase requisition, document verification, and coordination with internal stakeholders and purchasing teams, with exposure to policy compliance and basic vendor-related processes.
  • Special Courses/Trainings - Basic procurement/supply chain, SAP or ERP end-user training, document control, vendor accreditation processes, and ISO 9001 awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for tracking and reporting, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Capable of reviewing purchase requests, verifying supporting documents, and monitoring PR-to-PO progress in ERP/SAP or similar systems.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of NAC Supply Chain policies, vendor accreditation requirements, and documentation standards.
