Work Setup: Onsite (Applicants must be willing to work on-site)
What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and scheduling needs
- Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations efficiently
- Provide clear and professional information on services and insurance
- Conduct outbound calls for confirmations and follow-ups
- Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Verify essential patient and insurance information
- Organize and maintain documentation in line with standards
- Resolve routine concerns and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- At least a high school graduate (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting (Healthcare account preferred; Financial account experience may also be considered)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Confident in directly communicating with clients and open to being trained by onshore partners
- Experience in appointment scheduling or coordination is a plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
