Work Setup: Onsite (Applicants must be willing to work on-site)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and scheduling needs
  • Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations efficiently
  • Provide clear and professional information on services and insurance
  • Conduct outbound calls for confirmations and follow-ups
  • Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Verify essential patient and insurance information
  • Organize and maintain documentation in line with standards
  • Resolve routine concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • At least a high school graduate (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting (Healthcare account preferred; Financial account experience may also be considered)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident in directly communicating with clients and open to being trained by onshore partners
  • Experience in appointment scheduling or coordination is a plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
