Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process through candidate outreach, outbound calling, job postings, resume screening, and candidate endorsements. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with candidates across different sourcing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and candidate outreach through different sourcing platform
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for active and future job openings
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest
• Prepare and format candidate profiles for endorsement to the Recruitment Team
• Maintain accurate sourcing records, call logs, and candidate tracking updates
• Coordinate with Recruiters regarding role requirements, sourcing priorities, and candidate endorsements
• Track daily KPIs including calls made, endorsements submitted, and job postings published

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates with outbound calling, lead generation, or customer-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment
• Preferably living within NCR especially in Makati

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
