Sales Associate

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Sales Associate to manage our showroom in BGC, Taguig. The role serves as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, supports their signage and advertising needs, generates leads, prepares quotations, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable signage solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
• Conduct product presentations and maintain strong client engagement.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Record client interactions, maintain databases, and coordinate with Sales, Design, and Production teams.
• Support business development activities and promote showroom visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or showroom operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic admin tasks.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
