HR Specialist

On-site | Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City (Moving to Vertis North within the year)

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who can handle the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping a growing company develop strong people processes.

This is not for someone looking for an easy job. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and excited about the challenge of building and improving HR systems in a fast-growing environment.

Work Setup
On-site: Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City
Office will move to Vertis North within the year

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Handle employee administration and HR documentation
• Develop and implement training and learning programs (L&D)
• Manage employee relations and workplace concerns
• Support performance management processes
• Provide strategic HR support to different business units
• Help build and improve HR systems, policies, and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling multiple HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor practices and HR processes
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment

Work set-up:

Onsite

Monday - Friday

9am- 5pm

Paid government mandated benefits.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
