Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to acquire new clients. You will identify potential customers, present our solution, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into active users.
Role is: Base + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through research, networking, cold calls, and in-person outreach
- Conduct onsite visits to collect business information and identify decision-makers at qualified companies
- Respond promptly to messages and inquiries on social media and email
- Schedule and deliver product demos (online & onsite)
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close deals
- Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in SaaS or service-based industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable with online meeting tools like zoom
- Must own a motorbike for daily onsite visits - gas and parking expenses will be reimbursed
