Full job description
We are seeking an HR Intern to assist with various human resources tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR functions. The HR Intern will support recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include assisting with job postings, conducting initial candidate screenings, updating employee records, preparing HR documents, and supporting the HR team in daily operations. This position offers valuable exposure to HR processes and provides an opportunity to develop skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Help prepare and organize HR documents and reports.
- Support employee onboarding and training sessions.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
