Job Summary:

The Account Officer – Alternative Distribution Group is responsible for supporting partner accounts by assisting in quotation requests, policy issuance, and account servicing. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal teams, and efficient processing of insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements. The Account Officer also maintains strong relationships with partners, monitors account pipelines, and provides basic after-sales support to ensure a smooth client and partner experience.

What you’ll do:

Account Servicing

  • To assist in quote and request for policy issuance for MoneyMax account
  • Coordinate with underwriting for pricing, terms, and approvals
  • Follow up on pending requirements to move deals forward
  • To handle new accounts like EEI and Philkotse to ensure requirements for quote and issuance are met.

Documentation & Policy Processing

  • Prepare and organize client documents, applications, and requirements
  • Assist in policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
  • Ensure all records are complete and compliant before submission

Partner Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners by doing weekly check-ins
  • Ensure alignment between FPG and partners

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Manage key accounts and ensure high retention rates
  • Oversee renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
  • Act as the main point of contact for client concerns

Pipeline Monitoring & Follow-ups

  • Track status of accounts (new business, renewal, pending)
  • Send reminders for expiring policies and renewal deadlines

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of accounts, policies, and communications
  • Prepare simple reports (e.g., submitted quotes, issued policies, renewals)

Claims & After-Sales Support (Basic)

  • Assist clients in lodging claims or submitting requirements
  • Coordinate with claims team for status updates
  • Relay updates to clients

What you need to have:

  • Graduate with any Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be familiar with non-life insurance lines, policy issuance, and basic risk assessment
  • Technologically Proficient (especially with Microsoft Office)
  • Team player and results-oriented
  • Systematic and organize
