Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
