Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

Job Summary
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic reporting across multiple business units, including industrial operations, recruitment, and family office ventures. This role plays a key part in supporting decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights, forward-looking analysis, and executive-level reporting.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Financial Modeling

  • Maintain, update, and enhance financial models using actual performance data
  • Build and manage rolling 12–18 month financial forecasts
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial assumptions

Forecasting & Planning

  • Develop revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts across multiple entities
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making
  • Identify key drivers impacting financial performance

Board Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly board reporting decks
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Support preparation of executive presentations and investor materials

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with key stakeholders
  • Support evaluation of new business ventures, investments, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide financial guidance to support operational and strategic decisions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles. Preferably worked in an Accounting Firm based in United Kingdom
  • Strong financial modeling skills and used tools such as Power Bi, Tableau
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience with board-level or investor reporting preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (including reporting functions such as VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical capabilities supported by solid business acumen
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within diverse and remote teams
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with initiative and a willingness to take on new responsibilities

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
