About the Role

Are you organized, adaptable, and eager to learn how a business operates from the ground up? We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for someone who loves variety. You won’t just be stuck doing one repetitive task; instead, you will support various departments including Finance (payables) and Human Resources- and step in to assist wherever the team needs an extra hand. Key Responsibilities

As our office all-rounder, your day to day task will evolve based on the company’s needs, but your core responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payables Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, matching invoices, data entry into accounting systems, and preparing payments for approval.
  • Hr Administrator: Assist in recruitment and Basic Hr paperworks
  • Cross Departmental Support: Act as our “go-to” team player. When a specific department (like Operations, Customer Service,or Logistics) is short-staffed or facing a heavy workload, you will step in to help keep things running smoothly.
  • General Office Management: Manage office supplies, handle incoming mail/deliveries, maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Entry-level (0-2 years of experience). Prior experience in an office setting is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field. (open to fresh graduates)
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace. Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn different tasks and pivot between duties as office priorities change.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Communication: Friendly, Professional demeanor with good written and verbal communication skills.
