Garden Staff Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operation of the Ecoland Garden.
2. Entertain queries from customers in person, calls, and chats.
3. Receiving entries of items for sale such as plants and pots.
4. Responsible for system updates.
5. Responsible for monitoring and checking the condition of plants.
6. Make a monthly report and monthly promos.
7. Responsible for requisition in purchasing plants.
8. Daily reporting to the CEO.
9. Inventory of Koi products, pool equipment, plants, and pots.
10. Monitor high-valued plants in the Ecoland Garden and Tacunan Garden.
11. Monitor weekly fertilization in plants.
12. Monitor prices of items for sale.
13. Responsible for the pricing of plants and other products.
14. Monitoring of stocks for sale.
15. Opening and closing of the ecoland garden shop.
16. Manage the arrangement of plants in the ecoland garden.
17. Checking the cleanliness of the surroundings in Ecoland garden.
18. May require to do other tasks as deemed fit by the management.
19. Encode South Villa and Eco Sales.
20. Update Inventory monitoring.
