What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Payment Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payment operations.

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections for outstanding accounts receivable by monitoring assigned accounts for collections, updating collection reports and ensuring timely customer payments, and negotiating payment solutions and arrangements when necessary.
• Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and coordinated appropriate payment arrangements with stakeholders as needed.
• Assist customers and business partners by distributing payment links for credit card transactions and providing payment support.
• Resolve customer billing concerns and escalated complex issues to the appropriate department to reduce accounts receivable delinquency while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Monitor customer payment transactions, verify payment receipts, and update collection statuses accurately in company records.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Billing, and Accounting teams to analyze billing and credit information and coordinate account status updates, including service suspension and reactivation

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Billing and collections, Finance operations, Customer operations, or payment support.
• Familiarity with subscription-based or digital service companies is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of payment workflows (credit card, online payments, subscriptions, invoicing)
• Experience with tools like: Excel / Google Sheets, CRM, or billing systems (Stripe, payment gateways, or similar platforms)
• Ability to handle reconciliation, payment tracking, and reporting
• Basic reporting or data tracking dashboards

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
