Full job description

Responsible for leading and driving the overall sales performance of the organization by developing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. Ensures alignment of sales operations with company objectives while strengthening market presence across assigned territories and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high productivity and performance standards
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall business development activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, contractors, consultants, and business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends to drive growth initiatives
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and capability development programs for the sales team
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to support customer requirements and project execution
  • Ensure achievement of sales KPIs including revenue targets, account penetration, conversion rates, and collection performance
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present sales reports, market intelligence, and business reviews to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures
  • Lead territory management and account planning to maximize business opportunities and customer retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ; Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management
  • Experience handling B2B sales, project sales, distribution, or key accounts is an advantage
  • Strong background in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Willing to travel as needed for business operations
