Qualifications:

- Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering background
- Certified TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
- Knowledge in the various aspects of building maintenance.
- Can oversee the various aspects of utilities and maintenance.
- Good leadership skills and time management.
- Pleasant personality
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to do different tasks/roles
- With sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- With strong organizational skills
- Have good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair air-conditioner, refrigerator, generator set, appliances and equipment
- Occasional office/admin role
- Maintenance of various aspects of building utilities. whether electrical, plumbing, sanitary etc.
- Ensure completion of assigned work on time and on budget
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Making output report
