Role Description

The Network Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Quezon City. The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of network systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing network administration activities, troubleshooting network issues, supervising network engineering tasks, and coordinating efforts to ensure seamless computer network operations. The Network Operations Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold service excellence and improve organizational IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Network Administration and Computer Network Operations
  • Strong skills in Operations Management, including coordinating and improving IT infrastructure and service delivery
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical network issues
  • Proficiency in Network Engineering tasks such as design, deployment, and optimization
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, and network management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the public sector or similar industries is a plus
