Full job description
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing or any Business-related course. Must have at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory experience preferably in retail sales.
- Strong background in outlet operations, sales, inventory and people management.
- Experience in retail industry an advantage
- Computer proficiency particularly in Microsoft Office and Internet
- Proficient in English both written and oral
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Non-compromising work standards with strong sense of urgency and sense of crisis.
- Self-driven and can deliver result with minimum supervision.
- Above average critical thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Eager to continuously learn, accepts correction and constructive criticism
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
