Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, reservations, and concerns through calls, messages, and online platforms. The role ensures prompt and professional assistance to customers while maintaining excellent service standards and supporting administrative tasks related to customer communication and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding inquiries, reservations, events, and other services.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages through social media pages, chatbots, and other online communication platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about menu offerings, promotions, events, operating hours, and branch locations.
  • Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and event inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage chatbot responses to ensure timely customer assistance.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure customer requests are properly addressed.
  • Assist in promoting ongoing promotions, events, and special offers to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times.
  • Perform other administrative or customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • With or without experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in handling social media platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
