Kitchen Coordinator / Customer Service Coordinator (Cebu/Pampanga Office)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Kitchen Coordinator to support a US-based kitchen company. This role is focused on managing the overall kitchen order process from start to finish — including customer communication, ordering materials, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end kitchen order and coordination process
• Order kitchen parts, materials, and related items as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers, buyers, suppliers, and installers
• Coordinate scheduling and installation timelines
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams
• Handle customer follow-ups, inquiries, and operational concerns
• Ensure orders, deliveries, and installations are properly tracked and completed
• Support general operational and administrative tasks as required
• Identify issues proactively and help resolve them efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and coordination mindset
• Passionate, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and priorities

• Work setup may vary depending on candidate experience and qualifications
• For highly qualified candidates with strong kitchen industry experience, a Work-From-Home arrangement may be considered

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per hour
