Full job description
The Sales Associate assists customers in selecting tech and electronic products, provides product demonstrations, and drives sales through excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.
Area of Assignment: Ayala Malls Centrio CDO!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Promote and sell electronics, gadgets, and accessories
- Explain product features, specifications, and comparisons clearly
- Demonstrate product usage and functionality
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays
- Process sales transactions accurately when needed
- Assist in inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and stock checks
- Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support
- Stay updated on latest tech trends, models, and promotions
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage with IT-related courses
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or gadgets
- Knowledge or strong interest in technology products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented
- Confident, approachable, and proactive
- Basic understanding of sales processes and POS systems
- Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
