Social Media Marketing Manager (Healthcare Industry Focus) | Full Remote
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager with proven experience in the healthcare industry to lead and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, patient engagement, and compliance considerations, and can create impactful, informative, and conversion-driven content across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- REQUIRED: Experience handling healthcare, medical, or wellness brands/clients
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing trends, patient engagement, and content sensitivity
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms for business
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
- Willing to work with US time based clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement
- Strong client relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies specifically for healthcare brands/clients
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (primarily Facebook & Instagram)
- Create, schedule, and optimize healthcare-related content (educational, promotional, patient-focused)
- Ensure all content aligns with healthcare standards, tone, and compliance requirements
- Create and publish on-brand, engaging content (captions, visuals, and reels) that drives reach and engagement.
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations (campaigns, contests, collaborations, or influencer tie-ups) that boost brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions
- Stay updated on trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
- Conduct audience research to understand patient behavior and healthcare trends
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and manage reputation
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and delivering regular updates on campaign performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
