Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 8hrs a day | Eastern Time Zone

The Funnel Design and Buildout Coordinator is the creative and technical backbone of the pod. The growth partnership takes on coaching clients and builds their entire sales ecosystem from scratch, funnels, automations, payment flows, presentations, and graphics, so the client can focus solely on showing up and delivering their content.

This person will design and build everything each client needs to run webinars, 3-day and 5-day challenges, and VSL funnels that sell programs priced at $5K to $20K.

Here’s what matters most: our clients pay premium prices and expect premium visuals. Every funnel page, slide deck, mock-up, and graphic needs to look high-end, intentional, and on-brand. Not Canva templates with swapped colors. Not generic coaching industry aesthetics. We’re talking luxury-level design that makes a $10K offer feel worth every dollar before the prospect even reads the copy. If your portfolio looks like everyone else’s, this isn’t the role.

You also need to be able to tie it all together technically. Not just the design, but GoHighLevel, automations, payment flows, and the full tech stack across multiple platforms. And you need to pick up new tools and features fast because this space doesn’t sit still.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build complete sales funnels end-to-end: webinar registration pages, challenge opt-in pages, VSL pages, application/booking pages, order forms, and thank-you pages with high-end visual design, strong layout, clean typography, and brand-aligned aesthetics
  • Create polished, luxury-level graphics including social media assets, funnel page visuals, email headers, challenge branding, mock-ups, and ticket designs using Canva or similar. Every asset should feel elevated and intentional, never templated or generic
  • Design slide presentations for live events (webinars, challenges, masterclasses) using Gamma AI, Google Slides, and provided copy/frameworks with a focus on visual impact and audience engagement
  • Set up GoHighLevel workflows and automations: email/SMS sequences, pipeline stages, booking flows, tagging logic, and follow-up triggers
  • Integrate payment processors (Stripe, SamCart) with funnels and CRM; ensure payment flows, upsells, and order bumps function correctly
  • Connect Kajabi or other course/membership platforms for post-purchase delivery
  • Build Zapier automations to bridge tools across the client’s tech stack (e.g., payment confirmation to CRM tag to email sequence to calendar invite)
  • Thoroughly QA every build before launch: test every link, form, automation trigger, payment flow, email delivery, and redirect
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues quickly, especially during live campaign windows where downtime impacts revenue
  • Maintain and iterate on existing funnels and automations as campaigns are optimized post-launch
  • Build assets for internal campaigns and offers using the same standards
  • Work closely with the Project Manager on timelines and the Copywriter on messaging implementation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building funnels and automations for coaches, course creators, or digital marketers
  • Strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for layout, color, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy. You should be able to look at a page and immediately know whether it feels premium or falls flat
  • A portfolio that shows elevated, high-end work, not generic templates or cookie-cutter coaching funnels. If we can’t tell your work apart from a default Canva layout, it’s not the right fit
  • Advanced GoHighLevel proficiency: funnels, workflows, pipelines, automations, and booking setups
  • Experience integrating Stripe, SamCart, and/or Kajabi into sales ecosystems
  • Strong Zapier skills for cross-platform automation
  • Fast learner who picks up new funnel features, platform updates, and tools quickly without hand-holding
  • Experience building assets for high-ticket offers ($5K to $25K price points)
  • Detail-oriented and thorough with QA; nothing goes live without being fully tested
  • Comfortable managing builds across 2 to 3 client accounts simultaneously with different brand guidelines
  • Strong understanding of online launch mechanics: challenge funnels, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, and buyer journeys
  • AI fluent; comfortable using tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate workflows and improve output quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting live launches (real-time troubleshooting during challenge or webinar windows)
  • Copywriting awareness; able to implement and adjust copy within funnels without breaking messaging
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads landing page best practices (page speed, above-the-fold structure, mobile optimization)
  • Experience with Skool, Facebook Groups, ManyChat, or Telegram integrations
  • Understanding of closer workflows and how the funnel connects to the sales team
  • Background in email marketing strategy, data reporting, or advanced integrations beyond standard funnel builds

Success Metrics

  • Graphic and design quality consistently meets a luxury, high-end standard. Funnels, mock-ups, ticket designs, presentations, and all visual assets look polished, elevated, and clearly distinct from generic templates
  • Every funnel, automation, and integration goes live fully tested and functioning with no broken links, missed triggers, or payment errors on launch day
  • Turnaround times consistently meet campaign deadlines, even when managing builds across multiple clients simultaneously
