Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Process payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration
- Handle employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate employee engagement and company activities
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and monitor HR metrics
- Conduct disciplinary processes and documentation when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CHRA, CHRP, or similar HR certification is an advantage
- Willing to work Onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
