Full job description
- BS Civil Engineering
- Registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- With at least 3-10 years of experience in managing technical functions, testing equipment, handling repairs, managing engineering projects, and conducting site inspections
- Preferably a resident of Candelaria, Quezon or nearby
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate (Project Location: Candelaria, Quezon)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection and quality assurance of civil works to ensure that all activities are implemented in accordance with the approved plan and specifications.
- Monitor progress of works and evaluate accomplishment of the contractor.
- Attend technical meetings to discuss important agenda for the project.
- Check and evaluate billing collection and change order of the contractor.
