Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized Sales & Demo Specialist to support the sales team by managing product demo scheduling, communicating with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate product demonstrations, follow up with potential clients, and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

Work Schedule

• This role is required 8 hours per day.
• Monday – Friday: Mon–Fri 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM.
• Saturday: Sat 11:30 PM – 4:30 AM. 4 hours are mandatory for all contractors.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Demo Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Confirm demo appointments and send reminders to clients.
• Assist in preparing materials and documentation required for product demos.
• Ensure demo readiness before scheduled presentations.

Client Communication

• Communicate with potential clients regarding demo confirmations and follow-ups.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to demo scheduling.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects.

CRM & Sales Records Management

• Maintain accurate records of demo schedules and client interactions.
• Update CRM or internal sales tracking systems with relevant information.
• Track demo outcomes and follow-up activities.

Sales Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with presentation materials and demo preparation.
• Help organize lead follow-ups and sales activity tracking.

Compensation

Pay Rate: ₱100 to ₱200 per hour (Based on experience)

Payment Cycle: Monthly

Contractors will receive ₱15,000 per successful closure.

Performance & Payment Condition:

Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis; however, payment is strictly performance-based. Contractors are required to achieve a minimum of 50% of the assigned target in order to qualify for the payment target applicable from the 1st month.

If the contractor fails to achieve at least 50% of the assigned target, no payment will be issued for that payment cycle.

This condition applies regardless of hours worked and is considered a mandatory performance requirement for this role.

Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
