Job Summary:

St. Patrick Supreme Health, Inc. (St. Patrick Supreme Health Dialysis Center) is looking for a Hemodialysis Technician responsible for the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with kidney-related conditions. The role includes maintenance, preparing dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring quality patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and set up hemodialysis machines and equipment before treatment sessions
Ensure proper sterilization, cleaning, and maintenance of dialysis equipment
Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols
Document treatment information, patient observations, and machine readings accurately
Report any patient complications or machine malfunctions immediately to the supervising nurse or physician
Maintain adequate inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Provide compassionate and respectful patient care at all times

Qualifications

Graduate of a healthcare-related course / Hemodialysis Technician Training course
Certified Hemodialysis Technician is preferred
With 1- 2 years experience in dialysis care is an advantage
Knowledgeable in dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Must be amenable to work on-site at 3F PLE Health Hub Bldg. Brgy. San Perfecto, San Perfecto St., cor. N. Domingo San Juan City - NCR
Work will start on Mid of June or 1st week of July 2026
