The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller or Head of Finance based in the Philippines to take ownership of our financial operations and reporting. This role is crucial to ensuring the company's financial health, managing cash flow, optimizing budgets, and providing insightful reports that inform business decisions.

This is a fully remote role that requires alignment with PST working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).

What You’ll Do

Own and deliver financial reporting, including:
Weekly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Budget vs Actuals
13-week cash flow forecasts and cash burn/runway analysis
ROI reporting across campaigns, clients, and business units
Commission tracking and quota management for the sales team
Client billing oversight and billing communications
Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A):
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Perform scenario planning and variance analysis
Benchmark company performance against industry standards
Oversee payroll and expense management:
Handle payroll for both onshore and offshore teams
Track accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) aging
Conduct vendor and subscription audits to optimize spend
Support leadership with strategic insights:
Provide profitability reporting by client and business unit
Create and maintain dashboards for financial KPIs
Partner with Sales and Operations teams for revenue recognition and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial controller, FP&A, or senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable working fully remotely and during US PST hours
