HEAD NURSE - HEMODIALYSIS CENTER

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Head Nurse to lead our clinical team and ensure high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Hemodialysis nurses and clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with DOH and PhilHealth standards
• Monitor patient care quality and safety
• Manage scheduling and staff performance
• Coordinate with doctors and management

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
• With 2 years dialysis experience in leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be willing to work on-site at 12 N. Domingo Street, PLE Medical Hub Building, Brgy. San Perfecto San Juan City

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
