- BS Civil Engineering
- Registered with Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- With at least 5-10 years experience in drainage system design and implementation
- Must be knowledgeable in reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications
- Must be knowledgeable in local regulations and environmental guidelines related to drainage
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
