Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing & Operations Tech Coordinator to support a fast-growing spiritual education brand. We’re seeking someone who thinks ahead, solves problems independently, and can become a reliable operational right hand.

This is a fast-growing spiritual education business focused on healing, personal transformation, feminine leadership, and aligned success.
Through courses, retreats, mentorship, and community experiences, the brand supports women in stepping into deeper healing, expansion, leadership, and soulful business growth.

The company is currently growing and evolving from intimate online containers and in-person retreats for 20–25 participants into holding spaces for 100–500 people at a time.
Responsibilities:Funnel & Tech Execution
- Assist with building and updating funnels, landing pages, checkout pages, and automations
- Set up and manage emails, tags, workflows, and sequences inside Kajabi and related platforms
- Support ManyChat lead flow setup and maintenance
- Help coordinate backend systems for launches, masterclasses, offers, and events
- Ensure all pages, links, automations, and integrations are functioning properly
- Support vendors or external strategists with implementation tasks
Content & Course Management
- Upload and organize course materials inside Kajabi
- Maintain clean and structured Google Drive systems
- Organize assets, folders, links, and content libraries
- Assist with formatting and publishing content
- Help create and maintain a Loom SOP/video library for recurring processes
Launch & Campaign Coordination
- Support backend implementation for launches and promotions
- Coordinate assets across platforms (emails, funnels, tags, links, automations)
- QA all tech before launch, including:
- Checkout flows
- Access emails
- Landing pages
- Links
- Automations
- Tags and triggers
- Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Operations & Team Support
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
- Communicate updates clearly and proactively
- Flag issues early before they become bigger problems
- Assist with research, setup tasks, and operational support as needed
- Help maintain smooth experiences for group programs and retreats
Optimization & Problem Solving
- Catch errors before things go live
- Troubleshoot simple tech issues independently
- Ask clarifying questions when needed
- Think proactively about systems, efficiency, and workflow improvements
- Step in and support where needed without waiting to be told

Tools: Kajabi, Go High Level, ManyChat, Clickfunnels, Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, email marketing platforms, and HelloSign.
Nice to have: Zapier/Make, CRM management, Meta Ads backend familiarity, and SOP/documentation experience.
Job Offer:
- Php 33,000 (probationary period)
- Php 36,000 (after 6 months + activation of benefits)
