Project Manager

iSign is looking for a Project Manager to join our signage project management team.
The Project Manager will manage signage projects from start to finish and serve as the main contact for assigned projects. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, site contacts, vendors, and internal teams
• Review project details, drawings, quotes, and schedules
• Coordinate with design, production, shipping, and installation teams
• Track approvals, change orders, project updates, and deadlines
• Follow up on pending items and missing information
• Provide clear updates to clients and the internal team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Civil Engineering background preferred
• Ability to work from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time
• Comfortable working with a time tracker
• Able to understand architectural plans and details
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Signage experience is preferred
