BIM / Revit Modeler

We are seeking a Revit-capable Architect to work for our Makati studio on our hospitality, commercial and residential projects.

The team will rely on the preferred candidate for their architectural Revit documentation. We are seeking an experienced candidate skilled in producing construction and concept design drawings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Technicians / BIM & Design System Lead/ BIM Technical.
• Organize, configure and maintain projects.
• Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects.
• Ensure company procedures, standards and workflows are applied and communicated to the project teams.
• Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the Revit Manager.
• Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents
• Monitoring BIM360 & BIM models.
• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation.
• Creation and maintenance of Revit Template file to assure standards.
• Assist in Developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Revit training & implementation for all the disciplines.
• Putting the strategy for the file segregation.
• Plan, create a plan of implementation. Who are the team members, what the project is & what the goals are
• Managing the company’s BIM360 Admin account
• Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
• Mentoring of core BIM design systems and the company’s best practices.
• Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the engineers
• Leading and Managing a team of Structure CAD/Revit Technician.
• Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience as a BIM modeler is required
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required
• Your portfolio must include construction drawings demonstrating your Revit ability
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ambition and enthusiasm to learn and grow beyond your current capacity
• Knowledge in 3d viewing software such as Autodesk Navisworks & LUMION
• A good team player, able to express himself well and communicate with others; can foster good working relationships with colleagues.
• Works with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Makati

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
