Healthcare Business Support (Remote)

AMAGI (https://amagi.io) is looking for experienced Business Support assistant with strong B2B (healthcare) business experience to help us build relationships with organizations that could use our help.

We are interested in mature candidates to perform research, help grow and manage client accounts, and build partnerships for Agimat Health (https://agimathealth.com).

Hours:

• Full-Time (40 hrs / week): P42,000
• Part-Time (20 hrs / week): P21,000

Core Responsibilities:

• Targeted Enterprise Research: Identify, qualify, and map out key decision-makers within large-scale hospital systems and healthcare organizations to build a high-value pipeline for Agimat Health.
• Strategic Relationship Initiation: Proactively contact and cultivate early-stage discussions with institutional stakeholders—such as healthcare regulators, medical schools, and government agencies—to lay the groundwork for long-term strategic partnerships.
• Rigorous Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date, highly accurate product documentation and operational ledgers. Monitor and record system usage patterns to create clear, step-by-step guidance materials that ensure flawless user adoption.
• Operational Customer Support: Serve as the frontline liaison for our products and clients, resolving inquiries with executive-level professionalism and ensuring that our hospital and enterprise partners receive precise, reliable assistance.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Solid experience in enterprise B2B business development
• Proven experience with large healthcare organizations or their equivalent
• Experience managing complex communications with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with customer support and business research
• Strong business judgment and executive presence

• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success working on multi-million-peso, multi-year deals
• Familiarity with hospital operations
• Ever held a leadership position in a sports team
• Military experience

Pay: From Php42,000.00 per month
