Telesales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain products and services clearly
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and previous customers
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level preferred
• Previous experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quotas
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
