- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospects and handle incoming sales calls.
- Needs Analysis: Ask targeted questions to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable products.
- Pitching & Closing: Deliver persuasive sales scripts, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Upselling: Cross-sell or upsell complementary products or services during calls.
- CRM Management: Accurately document customer details, purchase history, and call outcomes in the company database. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
