Social Media Marketing Lead - Tito Solutions
Overview
Tito Solutions is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Lead to oversee content strategy, social media management, campaign execution, and audience growth across multiple client accounts.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing content-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity, marketing expertise, and project management skills to lead social media efforts from strategy through execution.
The Social Media Marketing Lead will work closely with content creators, graphic designers, video editors, account managers, and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered at a high standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Translate client objectives into actionable content and campaign plans
- Create monthly content strategies, campaign roadmaps, and publishing schedules
- Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
- Monitor platform trends, emerging content formats, and industry best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize content strategies based on data and insights
Content Planning & Management
- Lead content planning and content calendar development across multiple client accounts
- Develop content pillars, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, target audience, and business objectives
- Review and approve social media copy, creative assets, and content deliverables
- Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content
- Maintain content consistency across all channels and campaigns
Organic Social Media Growth
- Drive audience growth through strategic content planning and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend content experiments, platform-specific strategies, and growth initiatives
- Develop engagement strategies that increase reach, interactions, and community participation
- Support influencer, partnership, and collaborative content opportunities when applicable
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Provide direction and guidance to social media specialists, content creators, designers, and video editors
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflow coordination
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before content publication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and process improvements
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and campaign reviews
- Present content strategies, campaign recommendations, and performance insights
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with client objectives
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor key social media performance metrics across client accounts
- Prepare monthly reports and strategic recommendations
- Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to improve content performance and overall marketing outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong experience managing social media accounts and content strategies across multiple platforms
- Proven ability to create and execute content-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience growth, and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and content planning skills
- Experience working with creative teams including designers, video editors, and copywriters
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Agency experience is highly preferred
