Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping each patient’s experience—from their first interaction to the completion of their visit. What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm and professional first impression by greeting and assisting patients during check-in and registration
  • Accurately collect, verify, and update patient information, including insurance details
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations with attention to detail
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, ensuring timely, courteous, and effective communication
  • Collaborate closely with providers and clinical teams to maintain well-organized and efficient schedules
  • Secure and monitor insurance authorizations and referrals as needed
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the electronic health record (EHR/EMR) system
  • Guide patients through required forms and clearly explain next steps in their care process
  • Direct calls, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensure prompt follow-up
  • Process incoming documents such as faxes and referrals efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional service while upholding patient privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service; healthcare experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to providing outstanding service

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
