WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING INTERNS

Work Setup: Hybrid (with possible on-site work for events and activations)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for driven and creative Marketing Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing, and event activations. You’ll be supporting real campaigns for Pearl Studio and Penthouse Studio by Pearl Studio — learning how ideas move from brainstorming to execution and analysis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both desk-based creative work and being out in the field during weddings, trade fairs, and brand events. If you’re proactive, organized, and excited to learn the ins and outs of marketing in a fast-paced creative environment, this internship is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in branding and marketing initiatives across digital and social media platforms
• Support content creation from ideation and planning to execution, posting, and performance tracking
• Help prepare and execute weddings, trade fairs, client events, and brand activations (including on-site support when required)
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals
• Organize marketing materials, content calendars, and campaign assets
• Monitor social media performance (engagement, reach, effectiveness) and assist in preparing basic reports and insights
• Support other marketing-related tasks aligned with internship learning objectives
