About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Estimator to join our dynamic team on a project-by-project basis. Salary: 500 PHP per hour (Project-based)

Key Responsibilities:

* Review residential building plans, blueprints, and project specifications thoroughly.

* Prepare precise cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor services.

* Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and detailed pricing calculations.

* Proactively request, review, and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

* Develop and present bids, tenders, and comprehensive project budgets.

* Liaise effectively with clients, builders, and project managers throughout the estimation process.

* Monitor project costs diligently and update estimates as required.

* Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with budget requirements.
