EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI)
EXPERIENCE
At least 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance
Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
Experience with a media network a big plus factor
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Competent in HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and report preparation
Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
