We’re Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Partner

We’re looking for a Recruiter who knows how to spot talent, connect with people, and keep our hiring engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Find, attract, and engage talent that fits Quatro’s culture and creative standards
- Screen and interview candidates, guiding them through a thoughtful and human hiring experience
- Track applications, pipelines, and hiring progress—and keep leadership in the loop with clear updates
- Execute and monitor approved manpower plans and recruitment budgets
- Prepare job offers and manage onboarding, ensuring new hires feel welcomed from day one
- Build, document, and continuously improve recruitment processes that actually work
- Support employee offboarding with professionalism and care
- Lend a hand in general HR functions and initiatives as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year focused on recruitment or talent sourcing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple roles and timelines
- Articulate, collaborative, and people-oriented communicator
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with a fast-moving creative team
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, online job advertising, and basic design tools is a strong plus
