Spot checker / Time keeper

Job Summary
The Spot Checker is responsible for monitoring construction site activities and ensuring compliance with approved plans, company policies, and project requirements. The role involves site inspections, attendance monitoring, workforce verification, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of project site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
• Verify and document workforce activities and productivity on a daily basis.
• Perform spot checks at project sites and prepare accurate inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and project procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel regarding inspection findings and required corrective actions.

Qualifications

• College level (at least 2 years completed) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in site inspection, monitoring, attendance tracking, or related work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Willing to undergo training and learn company processes.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
