Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of restaurant management, financial performance, and catering/banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Monitor financial metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and oversee banquet and catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business growth

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience managing P&L and financial performance
  • Proven experience in banquet and catering operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations is a plus
