Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of restaurant management, financial performance, and catering/banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor financial metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate and oversee banquet and catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business growth
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience managing P&L and financial performance
- Proven experience in banquet and catering operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations is a plus
