Store Manager - Mandarin Speaking

The Lilanz Management Trainee (LMT) is a high-potential development role designed to prepare future retail leaders of Lilanz Philippines Inc. This program provides structured training in store operations, sales management, customer experience, and leadership through local and international exposure.

The trainee will undergo a comprehensive six (6)-month program with the goal of being deployed as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Development

• Participate in a structured local and overseas training program (Philippines, China, and/or Malaysia)
• Learn and apply Lilanz retail standards, SOPs, and management systems
• Actively engage in all training modules, assessments, and evaluations

2. Store Operations

• Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Support store readiness and opening activities

3. Sales & Customer Experience

• Support the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Lilanz brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

4. Inventory & Merchandising

• Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
• Support visual merchandising implementation based on brand guidelines

5. Leadership & People Development

• Develop leadership and team management skills
• Assist in supervising store staff during training phases
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient
• Willing to undergo local and overseas training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
