2D Artist

Role Description

As a 2D Artist, you will be responsible for executing and delivering high-quality, production-ready artwork based on approved concepts and established art direction. This role is focused on rendering, polish, and technical preparation, rather than early-stage ideation or concept development.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, fully rendered 2D assets for slot games based on approved concepts and art direction
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Concept Artists, Animators, and UI Artists to ensure assets are optimized and ready for production use
• Apply feedback efficiently and deliver revisions within agreed project timelines
• Prepare production-ready assets that meet technical requirements for animation and in-game implementation
• Ensure files are properly structured, named, layered, and organized for smooth handoff across teams
• Manage workload and milestones by following established priorities, scope, and schedules, while proactively identifying and communicating potential issues or risks

Requirements

• Professional experience in 2D art, illustration, or game production, or a strong equivalent portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with strong rendering and polishing skills
• Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality artwork suitable for animation and in-game use
• Solid understanding of art fundamentals, including color theory, composition, lighting, and shape language
• Experience creating assets such as characters, environments, props, UI, or other game-related visuals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team environment
• Professional communication skills in English, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and openness to direction
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools and workflows as part of the production pipeline
