What You'll Be Doing:

* Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action that drive engagement and bookings.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the beauty and hair industry.
* Analyze social media performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the salon owner to plan campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (a portfolio is REQUIRED).
* Demonstrable experience working with clients in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is a strong advantage.
* Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their respective algorithms.
* Strong content creation skills, including graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), video editing, and compelling copywriting.
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaigns.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
* Reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup.
* Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, preferably during Australian business hours.
