Full job description

Job Title: Data and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data and Reporting Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design and automate dashboards and reports, conduct root cause analyses, and support AI-driven initiatives such as data annotation, rater evaluation, and prompt engineering.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Business Intelligence, Delivery, and Quality to analyze performance data, identify gaps, and drive data-informed decisions that improve operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate dashboards and performance reports
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address performance issues
  • Analyze and process data using tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or R
  • Support AI initiatives including data annotation and prompt testing
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify insights and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Create clear reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM preferred; Master’s is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and prompt engineering is an advantage
  • Amenable to night shift work

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience in AI-assisted analytics, automation, or predictive modeling
