Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is confident in meeting clients on-site, presenting signage solutions, and helping grow the company’s client network through active fieldwork and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client visits, site inspections, and sales meetings.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting and networking.
Present signage solutions based on client needs and project requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
Follow up clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor project status and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Qualifications:

Experience in field sales, business development, or account management is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in dealing with clients and conducting on-site visits.
Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Experience in signage, advertising, construction, or printing industry is an advantage.
Willing to travel for client meetings and field assignments.
